Will you finish before the season?

The timeline depends on the size and condition of the property. We draw up a schedule once the design is approved and fix it in the contract — it's best to start early, in autumn or winter.

Will you help prepare for letting?

Yes: the interior, practical materials, complete fit-out and, on request, preparation for the listing photo shoot.

Do you work with small studios?
