We don't just draw interiors. Design, construction and finishing works, furniture and procurement are all handled by one team, to a clear plan and with quality control at every step.

Design

First we think everything through on paper, so there are no surprises on site.

A meeting online or on site: how you will live, what matters to you, your budget and timeline.

Site survey
Precise laser measurements, photo records, and a check of walls, windows and building services.

Space planning
Several zoning and furniture layout options, and we choose the best one together.

Concept and 3D
Style, materials and photorealistic visualisations of every room.

Working drawings
Electrics and lighting, plumbing, underfloor heating, ceilings, tile layout and wall elevations.

Estimate and schedule
We cost the works and materials, and fix the price and timeline in the contract.

Construction works

Carried out by our own crews, under the designer's supervision.

Strip-out and preparation
Demolition, waste removal, protection of windows and doors, setting out to the drawings.

Electrics
Wall chasing, cable runs, consumer unit, points for sockets, lighting and smart home.

Plumbing
Water supply and drainage pipework, in-wall cisterns, manifolds, underfloor and wall heating.

Screed and plastering
Floor screed, walls plastered true to guide beads, preparation for finishing.

Drywall
Moisture-resistant boxing, lit niches, partitions and multi-level ceilings.

Waterproofing and tiling
Bathroom waterproofing, large-format porcelain tiles, mosaics, crisp corners and even joints.

Finishing
Skimming, painting, decorative coatings, flooring and skirting boards.

Furniture and handover

We furnish the interior and hand over a home that is ready.

Doors and fitted furniture
Door installation, manufacture and fitting of the kitchen, wardrobes and walk-in closets.

Procurement
Italian furniture, lighting, sanitaryware, textiles and decor, delivered on the right day.

Cleaning and handover
Professional cleaning, a checklist walk-through and the keys. Your home is ready to live in or let.
